Psalm 38:9-11

New International Version

⁹ All my longings^(A) lie open before you, Lord;
    my sighing^(B) is not hidden from you.
¹⁰ My heart pounds,^(C) my strength fails^(D) me;
    even the light has gone from my eyes.^(E)
11 My friends and companions avoid me because of my wounds;^(F)
    my neighbors stay far away.
